I bought a pack of coffee today. I got a cup as a gift. The cup is of glass. Nes coffee is served here in cups of glass. Now I'll have the cup as if I'm in a coffee shop.

caopaopao For a while, I only had fruit, vegetables and lean meat for dinner. I cut out staple foods to cut down on carbohydrates. I can really lose weight that way.
