you mean like that keto diet? i can't imagine it too. i can limit my rice intake, but i still need to eat bread.

Hahaha you become obsessed with carbs everywhere you look there are adverts for bread you might notice someone has dropped their sandwich on the way to work. You crave carbs but then when you think you will return to carbs you find the craving disappears!

For a while, I only had fruit, vegetables and lean meat for dinner. I cut out staple foods to cut down on carbohydrates. I can really lose weight that way.

Soya bean, quinoa, black beans , tofu are some names that are low in carbs.

Some would replace rice with 'healthy' grains like quinoa and adlai and other super grains or would substitute with other foods that are good sources of carbs like potatoes, cassava and the likes. For breads, there are a lot of other 'healthier' organic alternative to white bread. Even noodles now have 'organic' version. Those that does not use white flour.
