Do you agree with this that its good to eat raw food instead cooked one. See if we will eat raw food we will get more nutritions. Usually I eat vegetables in raw conditions. What do you think?...

In my case, I still don’t have any allergic reactions, only something in May but very low. Probably it is due to some flowers ....
