Why is it someone always pulls out in front of me and then slows down? I drive an suv which is totally visible to all drivers. It's not like a silver suv can't be seen. I could be going 60 mph on the highway and someone will cut...

rebelann1949 It's the slow ones that cause the most problems especially when they pull right in front of an 18 wheeler doing the speed limit of 60mph @carolbee
