ravinskye I've thought about doing it but I haven't looked into it. I'm going to go to the site and check it out. I'm not sure if my hair is long enough. I usually get it cut when it starts to get too long...so I'll have to see how long I need it.

Amber Yes, I donated my hair to locks of love 2 months ago. I suffer from PCOS, and have lost 50% of my hair, but it will grow long in the back. So I grew it really long to make up for the amount, and sent it in. I want something good to come out of my illness.

toonatoons why not, if it's for a good cause? recently, a province in the philippines was affected following a major oil spill that polluted its waters. the public and private institutions alike appealed for hair donations to sweep out the oil from the waters.
