what do you do when your sinuses fill up and your nose starts to run, aside from allergy pills and neti pots or saline spray? I'm looking for easy fixes. Sometimes eating a popsicle helps. sometimes a cup of tea.

catbirdgirl I don't need medication recs. However have never heard of cetrizine. its not chronic disease for me, it's just allergies occasionally. I am talking about symptomatic relief.
