chak12 Eat everthing in moderation and take exercise regularily. This is one of the best ways to keep the body slim. Many people starve to look thin. To me, getting sick and becoming thin is not at all healthy way.

chak12 To me freedom is not anything we can do as we like. Nobody can enjoy real freedom the way they think.There are restrictions to everything.So in reality we cannot give so much importance to the word 'freedom'.

chak12 Yes, writing article is a talent. sometimes i too experience some sort of mental block when i want to write someting.What i usually do is i take my mind off to someting alse. Few hours later when i come back and sit to write and then i can.
