champstiga i think your right sir jonathan. because i dont have a propoer food to eat. and also for i dont have enough sleep. i always sleep around 12-1 am and wake up around 5*6am. thank you vey much for the advice.

champstiga yup!thats true it may cost alot. maybe u should eat healthy foods and proper sleep. because most of the time i got to sleep aound 12 - 1 am and wake up for work around 5-6am. thank you so much for this advice
