What do you think about before sleeping?

I have problems sleeping. I can't think straight before sleeping and I am conscious of it. Help me out here. What do you think about before sleeping until you sleep thinking about it?

charisa I'm agree with gaiza12, that childhood is an interesting and peacefull part of humans life, but I also add that the hight school time sometimes is better because you have both the children and adults rights, you can do a lot of thing and you don't have big...
