What do you think about before sleeping?

Most of the time i am still thinking about the events of my day. If I have something important to do the next day, it will creep into my thoughts too. I try not to take my troubles to bed with me. That will just end up giving me a sleepless night instead.

Each night, I think about my blessings and thank God for them.

Try to relax. If you've got something in your mind, let it be. Do not force to remove it, and do not force to concentrate. Just let it flows naturally.
Second, you also have to pay attention to your body position. Find the most comfortable position for you.
Third, make sure you have drunk enough water before sleeping. Juice or a glass of water will help cool down your body temperature so you will feel comfort.
The last one, never ever forget to pray.

Yes it is a great idea to make sure you are in a comfortable position before going to bed.if you sleep in a bad position it can lead to a sore back in the morning and this is something that will ruin your day.

When I am trying to fall asleep, I try to think of something outrageous and sort of doesn't hold meaning in my life. Sometimes I think about a hammer hitting eggs with faces on it. It might seem weird but it does help me sleep. I have a lot of stress about my family and school and if I think about those things then I can't sleep so I try to think of something random to put me to sleep.

I sometimes experience this kind of problem when i have a lot of things in mind. So what i do is i think of nothing in particular or i would repeatedly say in my head that i have to sleep, i need to sleep, i need to close my mind and sleep, sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn't. I do pray as well if this ever happens to me and God would really help me out and have my mind put to rest..after praying i then can go to sleep right away.

I think about all the things that i did for the day an think about what tommorow most likely will have in store for me.For the most part I try to block out negative things as they make it harder for me to fall asleep.If i had a bad day i try to think positive thoughts and hope that tommorow will bring a better day with things going my way.Even though alot of people are unable to sleep well at night they can still change if they try to block all the negative thoughs that are swirling around in their heads.

I usually read before I go to sleep (in bed), right up until I get so tired I can't keep my eyes open anymore. So the last thing I think of is usually something related to the book I am reading at the moment.

Before i sleep . Huhm , i usually not thinking , i just listen to music . But when i have exam , i think again the lesson i learn , i remember all thing as much as i could. When i sure i remember all , then i can go to sleep. Ah , i listen music after i remember. Next monday i have a exam , so maybe i think Sunday night , i will try to think , to remember the lesson

if i cant think straight i always focus on one thing ,usually listening to a music then i get sleep,and i always think tomorrow will be better day so it wont makes me worry to think about what will be happen in tomorrow..

Hello!
Every evening I pray before go to bad,this make me have peace and silence in my soul.When I'm in bed,I watching TV,usually at a movie,with very low sound...and because I'm tired I'm sleeping in 5 minutes ha ha ha.
Here in our country it's a saying:"Try to count shepherd and when you finish start again.When you lose the counter,then you'll sleep!"
