What do you think about before sleeping?

I have problems sleeping. I can't think straight before sleeping and I am conscious of it. Help me out here. What do you think about before sleeping until you sleep thinking about it?

charisa No is not a stupid question, I don't like chocolate, I don't like sweets in generally, but it do not mean that I don't eat chocolate, just it's not my favorite. I'm not addicted to chocolate...:)
