cherrie008 For me cellphone is a good thing that we should have it every day. i always bring my cellphone with me, it is very useful and for me it also keeps me updated and connected with my family and friends.

Is jail always the answer?

Usually when someone does something wrong or illegal they are sentenced to jail. Is that necessary all the time. Is there any situation that doesnt warrant a jail sentence? For me, I think that jail isnt always the answer....

cherrie008 I do believe that jail is the answer to stop the crime. But we must also consider the situation. we must give a strong penalty for those crime commited even a little crime so that criminals would be punished.
