cherry_chanz hi dear...ur id itself has word "water" in it....so you have water in adequate quantity....drinking water means....plain "water" only....other beverages cant be included in it..... 8 glass is nt sufficient....you must have ard 12 glasses of water...

i m quite fond of hvin juices...fruit juice or green vegeis juice....i try to have it regularly coz 1. Its good for health...its is an Excellent source of Vitamins and Minerals 2. Its good for skin...it makes ur skin glowww...

cherry_chanz hi dear...ya i know ofcourse eating fruits straight away is always good... Even fresh juice with no sugar is a good drink...rather than taking less sugar...i prefer avoiding sugar....coz its evn better....right ?? thanx for responding..

Can the ability to create art be learned/taught or is it a natural ability given at birth? There are debates on this subject all the time. I am curious to hear opinions.

cherry_chanz hi i feel Art is something related to inborn talent...something that is God gifted. Ya i agree people can learn it a bit when taught properly...bt u need to have that inborn passion for it...otherwise it wudnt turn the way u r expecting it 2 b...evryone cant...

cherry_chanz ya its true...banana is real good fruit for our body...its rich in Iron Phosphorus Vitamin A Potassium and other vitamins n minerals.. One must have a banana daily...
