cherrybrown Eat lots of veggies, cut down on breads, pastas and sweets, and above all drink LOTS of water! Start an exercise program if you haven't already. Good luck!

cherrybrown I don't think that there is a safe, effective way to lose weight easily. It take committment to a healthy diet of lots of veggies and consistent exercise.
