cherrysweet i guess everyone has some kind of bad habit..the more we're feeling incompetent, the more we engaged in the habits. for me, i tend to comb my hair with my fingers whenever i'm free...haha! to keep reminding ourselves not to do it is the first step towards...

cherrysweet perhaps you can try to look away from your computer screen for a while if can't afford to walk away...placing some greens like small table plants is good sight for our eyes too.
