chillvail If you have had severe heartburn for a while you could have ulcers in your esophogus which is what could cause the bleeding. Make sure you tell the Dr about he heartburn too. In any case they should give you some medicine to clear up the heartburn. Don't let...

chillvail I can't really help you with the cheap meals although I think if you just googled it you would come up with tons of recipes. The tip I can give you is good though...but you have to be careful and not become addicted to it and only get what you need...nothing...
