Do you take a fruit a day?

Its food to take fruits everyday. I also know but don't follow that. Do you take a fruit a day? Do you have a practise of it? Wich fruit you take and why? Shre it so that we may learn and follow.

chongzki yes, i eat fruit a day. i love apple and banana. apple is fiber rich fruit while banana is rich in potasium. i travel daily that's why i need potasium because i sweat a lot and i need fiber for my digestion because i find no time to exercise.

In a relationship, do you believe in long engagement?

One year to two years engagement i guess is healthy, but more than that year is nahhh...

chongzki I know people who did not succeed or end up marrying after 5-10 years of relationship. I also know some who got married after 5 months, so I guess it depends on the two party involved to handle their relationship.

chongzki I guess it's better if you already buy a new one. You may not know it that you are already spending on repairs and replacement of specs that is as much as a cost of buying a new digital camera.
