chrissyt573 As a childbirth educator I can't recommend the importance of doulas enough. Particulaly for women birthing their first baby in a hospital. I don't have any personal experiencing with having a doula attend any of my births because I birth too quickly for them...

chrissyt573 I am a babywearing advocate, and love, love the Moby wrap. It is not as widely used here in Australia but compared to the most popular wrap (Hug a Bub) the Moby is the most versatile. I don't support the use of wraps that promote forward facing with legs...

chrissyt573 I love home made dressings like balsamic. Put some herbs or chilli from the garden and you can have a different flavor every day.

chrissyt573 I also had spotting with my first, I was 11 weeks pregnant and had 24 hour all day sickness. I was put on bed rest till I was 16 weeks pregnant and was able to go back to work. Until at my next appointment it was found that I had lost 10kgs and at 16 weeks...
