PrashanthGoud Walking is the best option. Speciallt in early morning and after dinner it will relax our body. And if we want to control our weight walking is the best option. Because what i am observing Obicity is one of the major problem all over the world.

DenverLC It depends. If I am in a forest, a beach, and any path close to nature I will rather walk for fun and exercise. However if I am in a noisy, polluted busy streets then I prefer riding as it is more safe and healthy.

BART78 gaining weight doesn't depend on your age, it depends with your choices of food and discipline, i'm much older than you but i got healthy physique...watch your diet and have regular cardio exercise to trim those stubborn fats..

Gomer Magtibay Not much. I think, genes have something to do with that. If you have fat parents, chances are when you grow older, you become fatter also. And add to that, if you acquired the eating habits of your parents, then chances are you will really become like them.

nautilus33 Well, it is not true! Maybe many people get fatter with the age, but I don't think it means for all. There are people, who even get thiner with the age so I think it depends on the people!
