sleeping enough why is there still eyebags and dark ring

i realised that each day i have more than 10 hours of sleep but my dark ring and eye bag is still there!!! is there any reason?

Drazzilb You could be getting a restless sleep. Your best sleep in when you are in rem sleep you may not be getting there or you may be wakening up too much during the night.

michelledarcy Maybe it isn't to do with the amount of sleep that you have, but the quality of sleep. If you are stressed then you may not be sleeping very deeply or having bad dreams. it might be worth you trying some relaxation before bed and seeing if that helps you...
