I'm losing hair, is it because of dengue?

I had dengue first week of November, and it was a serious one. Thanks God I survived! But now my hair is falling. It's scary, when I wash my hair lots of them fall off. Is it an after-effect of the disease?

cindeetj8316 I contracted dengue in Manila last May. Thankfully I survived. My hair has been falling out like crazy too. I used to have thick hair and now I have lots of bald spots. I was told to consult a dermatologist. Or should I just try using virgin coconut oil like...
