Has anyone ever come across the challenge of leaving their hometown to start a new life with your spouse/significant other? I find even the thought of having to leave my family, friends and current job behind extremely heart...

My husband and I want to get a saint bernard. We've done a lot of research and have learned many great things about them. Would love to hear personal experiences with them and also other views. (good/bad)

I'm sure we all have many. A few that come to mind are: Gardening with my grandfather Doing stained-glass with my father Jumping in a pile of leaves I can keep going!

What is eveyone's view on the mortgage rates and house prices? Will intereste rates keep dropping or will they eventually go sky-high like they were in the 80's - close to 10-13%? I definitely don't see home prices going up...
