circleboy200 i dont konw exactly how the thnigs are for Philippines, but for my country,Romania, paypal have a 35 cents and 8% fee for the moneys transfered from a confirmed account(Like the paypal account that mylot have). The 5$ fee is applied whe you windraw moneys...
