clairej regular excersise helps alot yes and the healthy diet i spend hours when doing shopping checking sugar levels in apparently good for you foods they can be hidden so check

I love Bon Jovi, been a fan since they first started..oh way back when in the 80's. My favorite song is Living on a Prayer...but I actually love all their music, and never get sick of it....Anyone else this crazed about them?
