Do you need to be alone when you are sick?

I notice that some people like to have other people by their bed side when they are sick, pampering them and talking to them. I can't relate to them at all. I don't like to have someone around when I am sick. I'm unattractive...

clanes when im sick...i would want to have my mom beside me.. i felt better when shes around..i feel comforted!
