clark16 yes, I actually do that.. but you know I wanted to be true to myself...I know people in my workplace who has family in their own country who also flirt with other workers here... I know they can't help it bcause maybe of loneliness and just wanted to enjoy...

Our earnings increases, one because of our referrals, when I look on it on my earnings, I've found out that I have .03 earning from my referrals, how will I know how many referrals I have??? Any ideas?
