claudiuss Yeah,we boil the milk before use.She don't.She take a big glass,going in stable at caws,get the milk and drink.It's her pleasure.

claudiuss No,not pasteurisation.But when they make butter or yoghurt,or cheese,at milk factory,they extract more nutritive elements.The "basic" milk is 20-24% fat.The pasteurisated milk is just 1-4%.so is a difference.it's almost water.

claudiuss Well,it's very good.It is more fat then "regular" milk,but is very nutritive.Is so fat that can make butter and cheese from it.Is delicious.

claudiuss Yeah!!Dessert!It's up to what you like.I like very much a type of cake named "biscuit salami".It is made from cocoa,milk,sugar,butter and small pieces of biscuits.then roll it in the shape of salami and put in a cold place for few hours.Is delicious !

claudiuss My uncle have cows and he give us 2 liters of fresh milk every day.So we drink only natural unprocessed milk,direct from the "source".My wife drink it unboiled .
