clearspring Well, bank account can be used to pay the bill, but can't be used to pay the bill. Paypal can only use credit card or account balance to cashout. That's very frustrating.

Verifying your PayPal account can now be possible with your Bank Account. Before I just verified it with a debit/credit card. Soon I'll open another PayPal account and use my bank account to verify it.
