DB I would tend to agree. Especially in my case. My junk food addition is Cheese-Its preferably Four Cheese. I've read the taste triggers pleasure centers in the brain. Probably right as I do have a sense of enjoyment while eating them.

I got to pick up my grandaughter from kindergarten for the first time today. She walked out and her little face was priceless when she saw Granny and Grandpa driving up in the truck to get her. I will never forget that moment.
