codinglu It is said that rice is a dish not staple food in Frace. I'm surprised. Because I'm Chinese and i take rice for staple food:)

codinglu I come here only 3 days. So i am interesting of everything. The worst thing is that English is not my mother tongue.So i'm often obfuscated because of language.

Hard time getting motivated

I am 5'9 and weigh 235 pds. I am miserable with all this weight. I am having such a terrible time getting up to get motivated to exercise. My boyfriend is always trying to get me up and moving and so are my kids. I work 48-50...
