Daily Anxiety!

I have daily panic attacks. I think I'm calling at least twice per week the suicide line having no other options to vent about my states of mind ... I get parallelized by phobias of all kind and in the same time I feel restless...

Codruta Puni There's no way of knowing when you die but after you do you surely don't care anymore cos there's no one that's left standing after you die and your universe dies as well. Once you die you bury all of them with you like they never existed.

Codruta Puni Well, I would listen to my body and stop drinking it altogether . Change my diet, drink less coffee, less sugary drinks.
