Do you think it's good to sleep without a pillow (people say that is healthy)!!

How many pillow do you use when you sleep? Fat or plat pillow? I use 2 pillow, one big and one small, for my neck, even when i was kid i use same pillows, so, is hard to use other pillow now. What do you think, is more...

coeline I use 2 pillows when I sleep. And even if according to scientific experts, elevating the pillows will promote good blood circulation, sometimes, I just feel that I have orthostatic hypotension (lowered blood pressure upon waking up or a change in position)...
