coffeemate That is quite impressive. It is not everyone who is willing to take time out of their own concerns to help others in a regular way. Many people give some charity money (I am not knocking that) but very few give of themselves. Kudos and more power to you.

coffeemate Bosses are people too - they are all types. I generally do not bother to argue too much with a boss, on the basis that the boss is responsible for the outcome, and it is upto him or her to take that responsibility seriously. Cheers!
