cokiemich24 recently, I'm taking one. I just got out from the hospital 2 weeks ago and my blood preasure is very low coz I'm anemic so I'm taking ferrous sulfate right now. but before I rarely take vits. not because I'm aware but just I'm lazy taking one. :)
