If you had nohing to drink but water from a river would you drink it?

I know the river is not clean water and no I would not drink from the river knowing this. I would search and search for other means of water. If I could not find any other means of any source of water I would drink from the river....

cosire266 You should never drink sea water. The salt makes you dehydrate faster.
