Ahhh... It feels so good to see my old friend again after years. I spend my whole evening with him and we discuss our life. Now time changed everything... I remember that we used to talk about upcoming movies in our childhood.

kathryn I agree that there may be a period of silence as to what to say next. But, I have found that if you were close in the past, you can just pick up where you left off.

kathryn I think the key is to be open to people that cross your path. You never know why you are in the right place at the right time, but it is usually no accident. This is what makes life interesting.

kathryn @Marty1 I am so glad that I don't need it anymore. I did get some leg cramps but I think it just means that I need to drink more water. All steps in getting more healthy.

kathryn I know sometimes the injured party may apologize just to keep the peace. There are those that may never apologize but they show it in their actions, not their words.

kathryn @Shavkat I believe you can tell sincerity in those who are the closest to you because you recognize their behavior. Say a co-worker apologized, it might be a little harder to determine.

kathryn I agree especially when you put their needs above yours. Not only are you showing unconditional love towards the person you love but you are being a positive role model for your children. You never know who is watching you.
