I have always fantasized a slim and trim me...but it still remains a fantasy. I tried everything from yoga to aerobics. I really need to trim down as i hate being fat. Please friends help me.

crazysam06 hey there is a simple way to do that... mentally think that you will become thin.... go for a long walk with your friends everyday... and stop using bike or any other means to make your work is easy..
