Lowering high blood pressure

My husband was diagnosed with high blood presure today. Any tips on ways to lower it and what kind of diet is he going to have to eat? I have no knowledge of dealing with high blood pressure.

langara123 hi , for high blood pressure the tips 1- take the medicine regularly 2- after few days when the BP goes down , go for light excercise. 3- contol the diet , avoid oily stuff.

jfeets726 I have also heard that you should keep it on one page, if at all possible. You should also proofread it again and again. In fact, you may even want to have someone else that you know proofread your resume. Not only can the find errors, if there are any, but...

LeighA Try to keep it to one page. I have heard that when they are longer than that they often get thrown away or placed on the bottom of the pile.
