My husband was diagnosed with high blood presure today. Any tips on ways to lower it and what kind of diet is he going to have to eat? I have no knowledge of dealing with high blood pressure.

cristalinie I was able to go to the doctor with him so I didn't get to hear what he said should be done. My husband is really bad about giving me ALL the information. So plz,plz tell me anything you know. and thanks for responding.

I have 2 teens, 15 and 14. They are both boys. What things would you have wanted your parents to pay more attention to or not pay attention to. Just tell me what kind of parents would or did make your teen years easier.

cristalinie I remember feeling that way too. I never tell my kids "because I told you so" or " I'm the parent and what I say goes". I make sure I know the friend they are with and the kids parents. They are not allowed to leave the house if I don't have the friends...

cristalinie Yes, but tell me EXACTLY what i am paying attention to. I am happy to say that they are pretty open with me and aren't afraid to tell me anything.

cristalinie I didn't say they did a bad job at parenting, I just feel it's a little selfish of them to deny me the joy of a brother or sister.

cristalinie Wow! so much helpfull info. Thanks to all. I wasn't getting anyway with my old resume, but I have changed it using your suggestions. I have had 6 replys and 4 interviews since I posting this topic. I hope others get as much out of it I did. Keep em' coming.
