crockett182 Yeah I agree it is in our nature, but I find that we yearn for something bigger, something that completes us. The question is what completes us? I have found that wealth is not the answer.

crockett182 Yes sadly enough greed has become the norm. I find it interesting that college students first look at what is the best paying job before they know if they actually like the job.

crockett182 I would tell them their life has a purpose and God gives hope. Reading the Bible is amazing...it puts your life in perspective. Psalm 23 is a wonderful place to start. Romans 6:23 shows our purpose is to know God and live with Him forever.

crockett182 It was good talking with you DawGwath. In conclusion I hope you will see that artifacts other than the Bible are showing more evidence for a personal God in the Bible. And that God Himself is reveling His nature to us through creation.

crockett182 To answer your age questions I agree with old universe and old earth. But I have found that carbon dating is very inaccurate and thus believe people have been on the earth since around the agricultural revolution 10,000 B.C.
