dacbarcelona I used to take Centrum. But after my minor heart attack, my doctor advised me against it. I now have learn to take fresh veggies and fruits as replacement for Centrum. And it's effective. Although i would admit that it's better now. healthier. What would you...

dacbarcelona my favorite scene is the part wherein at one "grunt" they from a phalanx. Although i couldn't understand what the word (or the grunt) was. But it was quite impressive to see.
