Do plan out your meals in advance? Perhaps plan out some sort of menu for the week or month? What's your meal planning strategy? I thought about this last night trying to figure out what on earth I'd make for dinner tonight....

dane20 nop, i would plan my meals everyday because im still dependent on parents, my dad is the one who plans our meal but me usually buy food outside than cook food because he doesnt have enough time to cook.

dane20 I used different kinds of shampoo, like pantene, lux and many others. If i have a flakes i use head and shoulders coz it can take my dandruff off, after that i use creamsilk conditioner to make my hair smooth and fragrance.

dane20 I do always wash my hands before and after I eat my breakfast,lunch and dinner. Washing your hands always shows that you have a proper hygiene, thats why you have to wash your hands everyday. Always maintain a good hygiene.
