I feel so down these days.So many bad things happen to me.I want to be more happy.Do you have any suggestions that I can make some fun.And I don't just want to go out and spend some money.

darni2009 Thanks,wink22,your suggestion really helps a lot.All of your advices are easy to do.Although they are very small things.But I can do them a lot of times in my every days.And I'm going to shower.After shower I'm going to eat something I like.Thanku again.
