I'm down these days

I feel so down these days.So many bad things happen to me.I want to be more happy.Do you have any suggestions that I can make some fun.And I don't just want to go out and spend some money.

Oh well, first of all I'm sorry to hear about bad things happening to you. But any time I feel that I getting I down I try some little things that I believe could help anyone. These little things consist of transform simply daily actions into pleasure. Walks, for instance, can be very nice even if you are going to work or to the bus stop, you just need to start paying attention to the colours and nice things around you, hear the birds singing, smell the flowers if there is any. Also the bathtime is a wonderfull moment to let all your concerns go down with the water. Instead of let your mind crying, try to concentrate on the water and the good smell of the soap. While eating try to concetrate on the perfume and taste of the food. Don't let your mind take you away and don't do the simple tasks of your life as robot, for simply breathing can be pleasure ;) And Good Lucky!!!

Thanks,wink22,your suggestion really helps a lot.All of your advices are easy to do.Although they are very small things.But I can do them a lot of times in my every days.And I'm going to shower.After shower I'm going to eat something I like.Thanku again.

I think you have to find things that really make you feel exicited you, passionate and amazing... whatever that makes yourlife feel more happy just do it..lol :D

hi darni you don't have to spend money to be happy. money is immeterial happiness earned by money is not lasting.. spend some time with little children and listen to their talking, you would forget all your worries... try to bring asile on a gloomy face. when you make others happy by your deeds you feel happy. this happiness is a lastig experience.

Well Im not sure of your religious beliefs but I can tell you what works for me. You can try it if you like and see how you feel. I read the bible, I pray to God, And then I go out and find someone to bless! When ever you try to bless others, help others in anyway it gives you a great feeling inside and honestly God blesses those who bless others! For the simple fact that worrying and be depressed changes absouletely nothing about your problem and waste your time making your self feel bad. But as the bible says you should give your burdens to him and then continue your day doing what you can for someone else. The blessing will flow I tell you and your mind will be more at ease and you will start to feel content and happy. Praise God I hope you do try it!Good Luck

I think reading, and talking about your life will make you feel better. Read some things that inspire you, whether in a book or online, go see some nice places, like a beach or park. Have fun with friends. Try to get over bad things and move on.

We all go through bad things and believe me i've been through worse.my advice to you is spend time with your friends bcoz they never let you feel bored.
