I feel so down these days.So many bad things happen to me.I want to be more happy.Do you have any suggestions that I can make some fun.And I don't just want to go out and spend some money.

wink22 Oh well, first of all I'm sorry to hear about bad things happening to you. But any time I feel that I getting I down I try some little things that I believe could help anyone. These little things consist of transform simply daily actions into pleasure....
