I am worried because i usually wash my face and hands after doing long hours facing the computer. I do always forget to wash my face first before working on my computer at night. It is a must to wash face before going to bed that...

daystarworks it's not bad. what's bad for the eyes is the long exposure to the computer and not because you wash it after that. there is no scientific basis for this. go search on forums with real doctors.
