ddonlywatch I think good breakfast should include enough protein food likes nuts, eggs, milk or soya-bean milk; staple food likes oatmeal, whole wheat bread; fresh juice or fruit or vegetable. Besides, you'd better take the nutrient food at lunch and eat less at dinner....
