If you will take more salt,it will cause the heart not to be able to beat and function properly, which can cause high blood pressure, heart failure or even strokes and heart attacks.... STOP EATING SO MUCH FAST FOOD!...

Deepali2406 I m very much conscious of my hairs... Now as you are saying that one of the major cause of hairfall is more intake of sodium than RDI (Recommended Daily Intake), i m not going to eat highly processed food(more sodium levels)

Deepali2406 Yeah,, having more than 8 glasses of water is one of the solution to fight with sodium intake..... But the Recommended Daily Intake ( RDI) of Sodium for adults is approximately 6 gm.. So we should not have more than 6 gm of salt per day.
