dekzee I'm using my laptop mostly so I guess that's a flat screen monitor? But the desktops I use mostly come with the old CRT monitors. LCD screens are a bit pricey at first but in the long run, it saves you money due to a lower electricity requirement.

dekzee Yep. Laptops and Desktops with the same operating system get the same viruses. Apple and Macs are tougher to infect but still get a flu once in a while. If you're a windows user, better have an updated anti-virus, anti-spyware program.

dekzee Stakes are higher in poker. So I guess it's more fun! Also, you have more options in poker than in black jack. Black jack is just a simple addition subtraction game so it bores me.

dekzee It is not the games per se that slows down the computer. I think it's in the amount of disk space the game occupies. The more cramped your hard drive is, the more chance the files will be fragmented. This would surely slow down your operations.
