Pulled stomach muscle?

So friday we had a really hard ab workout for pole vault and now I think I may have pulled a muscle. I hurts to stand and I have to use my arms to stand up! Has anyone else had this problem? idk what to do...

Help me go to sleep?

For some reason it takes me hours to go to sleep latley and i'm not sure why. I just end up tossing and turning until midnight, when i went to bed at 9:30! It is leaving me in a zombie state in the morning. Anyone have any advice...

My Bloody Valentine 3-D

I never got to see this movie since it was rated R, but I thought that it looked really cool, especially since it was in 3-D. I was wondering if anyone else saw it. Was it as good as it appeared?
